Rates

We deal with emergency plumbing & emergency boiler repair jobs. Our prices are:

We charge £250 for the first hour. During holidays, Christmas period, or nights, rates may be higher. This excludes parts. There is no VAT. The rates include the call out (£125 call out plus £125 for the first hour). If the job is cancelled 10 minutes after the initial booking or if the engineer is on the way, then the call out charge is payable.

Prices are higher than normal jobs because these prices are emergency prices. And engineers will get to you in shortest time possible as opposed to pre-booking following day.

Cash, bank transfer or card payment upon completion. We may take call out charges over phone. 

We do not do repairs for rent tenants (unless landlord calls us), social tenants, or companies wishing to invoice at a later date.
